Product Owner CVM
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner CVM to join our team. In this role, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reportsin Power BI, ensuring data quality and timely updates. You will work with databases to aggregate and transform data, optimize query performance, and design data models to deliver actionable insights. This position requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Main Requirements:
- Develop and implement a strategy for attracting and activating users in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with digital marketers, CRM specialists, data analysts (DA) and data scientists (DS) to improve the customer journey and increase conversions.
- Prioritize features and tasks within the backlog for the development and marketing teams.
- Analyze user behavior, segment and personalize offers to improve customer acquisition and activation.
- Continuously work on optimizing processes based on data, including A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
- Evaluate results (KPI) and suggest processes for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in a PO position or similar in fintech or e-commerce.
- Experience working with digital marketing, CRM, data analytics and data science teams.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, experience with Jira, Trello and other project management tools.
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, SQL is a plus).
- Good understanding of customer segments, personalization, sales funnels and customer retention methods.
- Experience working with data and analytics for decision making, knowledge of A/B testing principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various teams.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: 57 Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street.
- Salary: Determined based on the interview results.
