Business Analyst
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to contribute to the growth and optimization of our eCommerce projects. In this role, you will gather and formalize business requirements, design effective workflows, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive the success of our eCommerce platform.
Main Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in RESTful API usage
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira Atlassian, Azure Boards)
  • Proficiency with Postman is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in Russian
  • English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and formalize business requirements, model and optimize business processes
  • Develop clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications using User Stories, BPMN, and UML diagrams
  • Collaborate with the IT team throughout the development process to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation
  • Maintain and enhance project documentation for assigned domains
Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Location: 57 Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street.
