TASKS

What will you do:
  • Manage and update corporate social media accounts, including planning and creating content that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Actively interact with the audience through comments, direct messages, and other communication channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Develop content plans, analyze current trends, and understand audience preferences to organize and systematize information for posts;
  • Write and edit engaging posts for social media that are attention-grabbing and consistent with the company’s brand voice;
  • Assist in creating and analyzing case studies that demonstrate successful customer interactions and engagement;
  • Prepare and execute tasks for the development and analysis of cases aimed at improving SMM strategies and increasing communication effectiveness.

We're expecting you to:
  • Higher education in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields;
  • Excellent command of the Russian language, with strong writing and editing skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of SMM (Social Media Marketing), with experience working on various social media platforms;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support through social media or a similar role;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
