Senior Settlements Specialist
TASKS
01
What will you do:
- Verify transactions processed through acquiring bank POS terminals in the database.
- Compare and reconcile completed transactions with settlement reports provided by the acquirer bank.
- Ensure accurate calculation of transaction fees and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Cross-check data obtained from internal databases, reports and bank statements related to QR payments.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transaction data.
- Respond to inquiries from acquiring banks regarding QR payments and validate transaction records.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, including the QA team and Product Owners, to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues

We're expecting you to:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
- 3–5 years of experience in settlements or financial operations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, SQL knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of payment processing and bank settlements.
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with financial regulations and compliance is a plus.
