TASKS

What will you do:
  • Evaluate internal normative documents, contracts, product and service terms, projects, campaigns, and incentive conditions, providing risk-oriented feedback.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify existing and potential risks, assessing them in accordance with internal regulations.
  • Propose recommendations to internal structures for the management, mitigation, and prevention of operational risks.
  • Conduct evaluations and analyses of operational risks.
  • Participate in the development of products and services, offering functional advice and support.
  • Complete other assignments as directed by management related to the function.

We're expecting you to:
  • Higher education degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Fintech.
  • International certifications in operational risk management are desirable.
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with good proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work with teams and interact with individuals.
