What will you do:

Data Collection: Gathering data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
Data Cleaning: Identifying and rectifying errors, inconsistencies, and missing data within datasets.
Data Analysis: Applying statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze datasets and extract actionable insights.
Data Interpretation: Interpreting and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Report Generation: Creating reports and dashboards to present analytical findings and trends.
Data Mining: Utilizing advanced querying techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets.
Data Governance: Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, marketing, and finance to address business needs and objectives.

We're expecting you to:

At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services or fintech companies.
Strong knowledge of SQL for extracting data from databases.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Python/R and knowledge of statistical methods for analyzing data.
Experience working with large volumes of data and the ability to process it efficiently.
Skills in communicating and interacting with business users to identify their needs and translate them into analytical tasks.
Ability to analyze and formulate strategic recommendations based on the results of data analysis.
Education in math, statistics, economics, information technology or a related field. Additional certifications in data analytics will be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of English at least B2 level. Ability to read technical documentation fluently, participate in professional discussions and understand business communications in English is a must.
