What will you do:

Assist the Procurement Manager in daily operations and provide support to the procurement team to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures;
Contribute to the development of procurement strategies, procedures, and policies with a focus on IT sourcing;
Utilize data-driven analysis to recommend improvements to IT procurement strategies, emphasizing cost-efficiency, quality, and service;
Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and compliance with procurement policies;
Collaborate with internal departments and IT suppliers to streamline procurement processes and resolve issues efficiently;
Prepare and present reports on IT procurement activities, savings, and performance metrics to senior management.

We're expecting you to:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement or strategic IT sourcing;
Proficiency in procurement processes, tools, and systems including e-procurement platforms, IT contract management, and software for sourcing;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to IT procurement and sourcing;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships and collaborate cross-functionally;
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple IT procurement projects simultaneously;
In-depth understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor management, and strong negotiation skills;
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred;
Proficiency in Russian is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
