What will you do:

Identify and define the objectives of assigned product research projects.
Plan and design research methodologies for qualitative and quantitative studies to meet project goals.
Preparation and supervise the creation of questionnaires, polls, and surveys to ensure data collection.
Conduct market research to gather data on product markets, customer demographics, and factors influencing demand.
Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for maximizing sales and market penetration.
Prepare comprehensive reports with clear visualizations (graphs, charts) and well-written summaries of research findings.
Monitor international and local market trends and competitor performance within the mobile payment sector.
Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.
Ensure connection to internal rules and follow instructions from the immediate supervisor and department head.
Promote a research culture within the company and establish processes.
Train junior colleagues and other departments.

requirements

We're expecting you to:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics.
At least 3 years in UX or CX research, Market Research, or Analysis within the IT industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS; (knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage)
Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (good).
Superior research and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities.
