Senior CX Researcher (market researcher)
TASKS
01
What will you do:
- Set goals for product research projects, choose the best method, and explain your decision to the team.
- Conduct comprehensive research (qualitative and quantitative, field and desk, market and UX) to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze customer journeys and touchpoints with products, identifying barriers and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a system of customer experience (CX) metrics and monitor their dynamics.
- Formulate hypotheses, test them, and propose solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams, helping to integrate insights into strategy and product development.
- Foster a research culture within the company and contribute to building research processes.
- Educate colleagues from other teams on research methodologies and data analysis.
- Prepare reports and present research findings to key stakeholders.

We're expecting you to:
- Relevant experience in the domain (CX) 3-6 years.
- Proficiency in research practices and the ability to select the appropriate method for the task;
- Experience in recruiting respondents;
- Understanding of experiment design principles;
- Ability to identify intersections between business and user interests;
- Facilitation of working sessions with stakeholders;
- Systems thinking.
