What will you do

Lead and manage sales projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with the sales team to identify key opportunities and define project requirements
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform project decisions and strategies;
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure integrated project execution
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Oversee project progress, ensuring milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly
Lead and oversee sales projects that incorporate volunteer activities and support community engagement efforts
Coordinate with sales teams to align volunteer activities with sales objectives and customer engagement.

We're expecting you to:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in project management within the FinTech or technology sector, ideally involving volunteer programs or community engagement
Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate volunteers and stakeholders
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferable
