What will you do:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop data-driven strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in the creation of sales forecasts and budgets, providing insights to enhance accuracy.
- Prepare presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of sales training materials and processes based on analytical insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform and refine sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

We're expecting you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
