Junior Market Research Specialist
TASKS
01
What will you do:
- Conduct user interviews and collect data through surveys, polls, and other research tools.
- Assist in the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies under the guidance of the Leading Research Analyst.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support in summarizing and presenting data for analysis and reporting.
- Monitor and document competitor activity and market trends.
- Follow internal guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed by the
- Leading Research Analyst and department manager.

We're expecting you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics.
- At least 1 year in conducting user interviews, research or UX/CX course certificate.
- Azerbaijani (fluent), English or Russian (good).
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
