TASKS

01

What will you do:

Conduct user interviews and collect data through surveys, polls, and other research tools.
Assist in the execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies under the guidance of the Leading Research Analyst.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support in summarizing and presenting data for analysis and reporting.
Monitor and document competitor activity and market trends.
Follow internal guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Leading Research Analyst and department manager.

We're expecting you to:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Management, or Mathematics.
Experience: At least 1 year in conducting user interviews, research or UX/CX course certificate.
Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English or Russian (good).
Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
