What will you do:

Provide comprehensive HR support for a team of over 700 employees, focusing on all areas except HR operations. Serve as a key advisor on HR-related matters for colleagues and management.
Develop and manage workforce planning to ensure timely and effective recruitment of new team members in alignment with business needs.
Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote company culture.
Monitor key HR metrics and create actionable strategies to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
Advise managers and employees on HR-related topics such as development, learning, and career planning.
Lead the performance management cycle for various employee segments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Design and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals.

requirements

We're expecting you to:

Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Comprehensive understanding of HR tools and expertise in a range of HR topics.
Proven experience in managing and leading HR teams.
Strong capability in handling a broad HR agenda with internal stakeholders.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is essential. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required.
