TASKS

01

What will you do:

Conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative, field and desk, discovery and UX);
Communicating research findings to the team that are meaningful for making product decisions;
Understanding cross-platform paths (interconnections between multiple products within the ecosystem);
Participating in formulating and testing product hypotheses;
Providing consultative support to teams during solution implementation;
Mapping user scenarios;
Developing proposals to improve customer experience;
Designing target scenarios;
Measuring customer satisfaction;
Systematizing and prioritizing user "pain points" in current interfaces.

requirements

We're expecting you to:

Relevant experience in the domain (CX) from 3 to 6 years;
Proficiency in research practices and the ability to select the appropriate method for the task;
Experience in recruiting respondents;
Understanding of experiment design principles;
Ability to identify intersections between business and user interests;
Facilitation of working sessions with stakeholders;
Systems thinking.
