I’m greatly inspired by seeing that end-users enjoy our product! Knowing that high-quality testing enables them to use new features without bugs brings immense satisfaction. For instance, recently, I observed in a supermarket how customers used our app at the checkout and happily discovered new features we had been developing for months. Such positive emotions are the best reward for our hard work!

I’m part of the m10ney-keepers team, and we focus on developing the back-office for the company’s employees. Although our work isn’t visible to users, it’s crucial for supporting business processes.

Developing new features is a two-way process: we receive requests for new functionalities and provide feedback, which allows us to actively participate in the product’s development.

By the way, we’re not limited to our backlog—our team has a dedicated space where we can discuss ideas, influence processes, and engage in meaningful tasks beyond routine work.

Our team works according to Scrum, which enables us to move the product forward in small but meaningful steps, focusing on continuous improvement and clarity of results. I value involvement and transparency in the process and always strive to share my knowledge with colleagues, aiming for open communication and new approaches. Streamlined processes and the opportunity to influence the product create an environment where I can grow as a specialist and make a real impact.

Our team delivered the Cash Loan product on time and integrated it with Kapital Bank, making it one of the most popular features of m10! I’m pleased that thousands of users could take out loans with this feature, solving their problems. Among them were my friends and family!
