What will you do
- Given the context and priorities of the company, suggest the most effective methods and approaches to achieve team results
- Help teams focus on creating a high-value increment that aligns with the overall Readiness Determination (DoD)
- Build effective communication between teams and key stakeholders and with near-product teams to ensure transparency and alignment at the product team level
- Act as a change agent at the team level and help team members adapt to change
- Be responsible for organizing, actualizing and effectively facilitating events
- Build a culture of self-organization in product teams
- Assist in synergies between team members and all those who interact with the team at the level of understanding values and processes

We're expecting you to:
- 5 years of experience in the role of Agile Coach or similar role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
- Experience in training, facilitation, mentoring and coaching
- Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and improve processes
- Ability to adapt to change and facilitate change in the organization
It would be nice to have:
- If you have already worked in FinTech and understand its specifics
- Speaking level English (B2 and up)
