What will you do:

Lead the AML team in monitoring and managing activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Oversee the implementation of AML programs to ensure the team adheres tolegal standards and regulations.
Prepare and submit reports on suspicious activities to the relevantauthorities.
Evaluate team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Use SQL to analyze large datasets related to financial transactions and suspicious activity.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Legal, Risk, Compliance) and external stakeholders to ensure effective AML strategies and policies.
Stay up-to-date with local and international legislation related to AML and terrorist financing.

requirements

We're expecting you to:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as CAMS) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) field.
In-depth knowledge of legislation related to the legalization of criminal assets and financing of terrorism.
Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to analyze large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
