TASKS

01

What will you do:

Record journal entries.

Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and reconciliations.
Update of dealer turnover and calculation of dealer commission.
Update of merchant turnover and calculation of merchant commission.
Monthly revenue recognition.
Execution and review (if needed) of daily payments (payments on collection agreements/payments of expenses / rent payments).
Processing of trial balance, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.
Reviewing of expenses as assigned.
Prepare and submit internal daily/weekly/monthly reports (if needed).
Collaborate with reporting team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual tax and other mandatory reports to governmental authorities.
Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers.
Ensure that all necessary financial (primary accounting data) documents are requested, collected, and compiled.
Execute other accounting related tasks assigned by Chief accountant.

requirements

We're expecting you to:

A higher education degree in economics, finance, audit, or mathematics is essential.
At least 2 years of accountant position experience.
Financial accounting ACCA is advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantage.
Basic information about financial statements.
Basic knowledge of taxation (VAT / WHT / CIT).
Understanding of business processes.
Financial Reporting and Accounting Software knowledge (1C is critical, 1C ERP is advantage).
